We are thrilled to share that we hosted our very first Chinese Club group for elderly members at our Wellness Centre last Tuesday, 18th of February. Given our diverse and proudly multicultural clients and team members, this event was a meaningful step in building our community.
For our elderly clients, socialising in their mother tongue and engaging in cultural activities is incredibly important. They enjoyed a delightful morning tea, followed by an informative session about My Aged Care. For lunch, we served delicious Chinese sweet and sour chicken.
The highlight of the day was playing mahjong and participating in networking activities. A huge thank you to our wonderful team members Ping, Amanda, Coco, Victor, Bozena, Sharon, and Eva for making the day a great success!Â
