Culturally Sensitive Care.
Cura is proudly multicultural, and we understand that home routines, cleaning practices, and food preferences are deeply connected to culture. Wherever possible, we aim to match you with a Home Care Worker who understands your cultural background, or preferred way of doing things.
We take the time to learn what matters to you—how you like your home arranged, what products you prefer, and any cultural considerations that help you feel comfortable and respected.

FAQ's.
Can I choose what tasks my Care Worker supports me with?
Yes. Domestic Assistance is flexible and shaped around your needs. You can decide which tasks you’d like help with and how you prefer them to be done.
Will the same Care Worker come each visit?
We do our best to provide consistency. While occasional changes may occur, we aim to match you with a regular Care Worker who understands your routines and preferences.
Can my Care Worker move heavy furniture or perform deep cleaning?
No. Domestic Assistance focuses on light, everyday tasks that support safety and hygiene. Heavy lifting, deep cleaning, and specialised services are not included.
Can I receive shopping support if I can’t leave the house on my own?
Absolutely. Your Helper can complete the shopping on your behalf, including unpacking and organising items at home.
What if my needs change over time?
Your support can be adjusted as your needs evolve. If you require more regular or complex assistance, we can help you explore additional services or request a reassessment through My Aged Care.
