Our Impact.

Creating meaningful change for seniors, families, our staff and our community.

At Cura Aged Care, our impact reaches far beyond the services we deliver.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we are deeply committed to building a caring, inclusive, and culturally diverse community where older people feel supported, respected, and connected. For more than two decades, we have worked alongside seniors and their families to create long-lasting, positive change through one relationship, one conversation, and one moment of care at a time.

A Community Built on Inclusion.

Our impact begins with our people. Cura is proudly multicultural, with a team fluent in over 43 languages and shaped by lived cultural experience. This diversity strengthens our care and ensures that every person — no matter their background — feels understood, welcomed, and valued.

Promoting Social Harmony Through Cultural Understanding.

Cura is more than an aged care provider. We are champions for cultural diversity and social harmony. Through our corporate parent organisation, Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCCGC), we contribute to and are informed by broader community programs that support culturally and linguistically diverse communities to thrive, feel connected, and be understood.

This connection strengthens our commitment to culturally safe care, ensuring the support we provide is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in lived community experience.

Supporting Emerging Multicultural Communities.

Services can be delivered intermittently or regularly, depending on your individual needs and circumstances. While most CHSP support is ongoing, some specific programs, such as restorative care or reablement, are time‑limited and approved for a defined period.

Inclusivity Training & Development.

CHSP is well suited to older people who need one or two supports, or whose care needs do not require a higher‑level funded package. At Cura Aged Care, we are here to make accessing CHSP simple, respectful, and stress‑free.

Volunteering: A Community of Care.

Volunteers play a vital role in the impact we create. At Cura, we offer meaningful opportunities for volunteers to provide companionship, social connection, and additional support to seniors and people living with disabilities.
