This service does not include:

  • Professional gardening services such as tree lopping or landscaping
  • Repairs unrelated to safety (e.g., installing decorative garden beds)
  • Specialist trade work such as pest control, electrical work, or cabinetry
  • Tasks that are the responsibility of a landlord, housing authority, or private insurance
  • Major renovations or structural repairs
