Group Social Support at the Wellness & Activity Centre.

This service focuses on social connection, participation and wellbeing. It does not include:
- General expenses such as tickets, memberships, devices or accommodation
- Services funded through other programs
- Unaccompanied domestic assistance such as grocery shopping
- Clinical or medical treatment
- Personal care or intensive one‑to‑one support

Your aged care assessor will determine your eligibility. If you’re not currently receiving aged care supports, we can help you begin the assessment process through My Aged Care.

Do I need government funding to join group activities?
Not always. Many people attend through CHSP or Support at Home, while others choose to self‑fund. Our team can explain your options.
Can someone accompany me to appointments or social events?
Yes. Accompanied activities are part of this service and can include medical appointments, shopping, community events or visiting friends.
