Once your services have ended, you’ll need to contact My Aged Care to have your package referral code reactivated and made available to a new provider. While Cura Aged Care cannot complete this step on your behalf, our team can provide guidance and support throughout the process.
Once your referral code is available, Cura Aged Care can accept the referral and work with you to create a personalised support plan tailored to your needs, goals and preferences.
