About the role:

Our services are tailored to suit the needs of our clients and may include:

Personal Care
Companion Care
Domestic Assistance
In-Home Respite
Transportation
Meal Preparation
Dementia Care
Social Support (including shopping assistance and outings).

About Yourself

We are looking for individuals who:

Have a genuine interest and respect for the unique personalities, history, and values of our senior community members
Possess a compassionate, empathetic, and caring nature
Have excellent communication and time management skills
Are self-motivated, have a positive work ethic and are client-focused whilst working independently in clients’ homes
Display a positive attitude, are consistently reliable, honest at all times, adhere to safe work practices and understand and work within professional boundaries.

What you’ll need

Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III or OV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Social Support, among others.
A current driver’s license
National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
