How To Access Language Support

At Cura Aged Care, we understand that unless you can communicate effectively, you won’t be able to access the care and support you need. For seniors or people who need extra assistance, trying to access services and support when facing language barriers makes the task even more difficult.

We support people from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are committed to ensuring that language is never a barrier to accessing the services and assistance you need. Whether you need multicultural aged care services or multicultural disability services, we’re here to help.

Our dedicated team at Cura speaks over 65 languages. This allows us to bridge communication gaps and provide language support to individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. We believe that everyone deserves to be understood.

We Speak Your Language

Our team members have taken part in training to understand and respect the cultural needs of different CALD communities. We understand the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our customers, which means we can deliver culturally sensitive care and support.

We also have access to professional translation services, which means that you can communicate more easily with our team and any service providers you might need. This also means we can better understand your needs and deliver high standards of care.

We offer a wide range of services to assist you, no matter which language you speak.

Multicultural Aged Care Services

As we age, it becomes more difficult to gain access to basic services. This can be even more challenging for CALD communities needing aged care services. We provide a range of multicultural aged care services to meet your needs, whether you need help at home or community services. From personal care to social activities, our services are designed to promote the wellbeing and enhance the quality of life for seniors from all different cultural backgrounds.

Want to find out more?

If you or a loved one needs language support, we can help. Simply contact us or ask a friend or family member to contact us for you. We can set up the translation services you need to be able to chat with us easily. From there, we can get you all set up with the right services, connect you to service providers, or just have a friendly chat about your needs.

Kevin & Dot

We highly recommend Cura Aged Care as a Home Care Provider. We had a very unfortunate time with our first provider and after careful consideration we joined Cura and have had a wonderful relationship with them for the past 2 years. The greatest bliss for us has been the fact that we have one continuous carer, Robin, who is trustworthy and so caring of Dot.
