Aged Care Exercise Programs
Exercise can help seniors live long and healthy lives. There are countless benefits of exercising as we age, from improving mobility to boosting strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Getting regular exercise can also boost mental health and reduce the risks of depression and anxiety. At CÜRA, we offer specialised aged care exercise classes at our Wellness Centres, held in a fun and social format. These classes are designed to meet the needs of seniors and promote an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Aged care exercise programs can help seniors to improve their physical and mental health. Aside from that, aged care exercise classes are a way for seniors to socialise and meet like-minded peers in a safe and supportive environment. This social interaction can combat feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Our aged care exercise classes, held in our Wellness Centres, are specifically designed for seniors. These programs have been developed by qualified exercise professionals who have experience working with seniors. They take the time to get to know participants and will take into consideration each senior’s fitness level, mobility, and any specific health concerns, such as lung problems. This creates a safe and effective exercise program for seniors.
Aged Care Exercise Classes With Custom Support
Our seniors attending exercise classes often face mobility and health issues. Our expert Fitness Instructors can tailor our classes to suit the skill level of those attending. We can also help those attending to modify their movements if they need, to accommodate each person’s strengths and limitations.
