About The Role

Join our team as a Client Experience Advisor and be the friendly face and voice that our clients rely on. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. You’ll be able to identify client needs, generate sales leads, and build lasting relationships through open and interactive communication.

To be successful in this position, it is essential that you possess previous experience in a client service representative or similar role, preferably within a community or aged care services. The role demands a proactive approach to managing incoming inquiries and addressing diverse client needs and requests through effective client engagement and cultivating sustainable relationships with stakeholders.

About Yourself

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities and many more:

  • Provide assistance to all stakeholders, including apprentices, trainees, employers, and job seekers, with general inquiries about MCCGC-Cura Aged Care services.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries across telephony and digital platforms.
  • Conduct outbound contacts as necessary.
  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Demonstrate client orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to various characters.
  • Operate ethically in accordance with MCCGC’s vision, mission, values, and client expectations.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and AlayaCare systems and practices is advantageous.
