About The Role

As a CURA Care Advisor, you will provide and coordinate a holistic service and case management that promotes a flexible, strength-based approach to clients. In addition, you will play a key role in coordinating services effectively in accordance with WH&S guidelines, Aged Care Standards, and Government service agreements.

YOUR responsibility:
You will undertake assessments, support planning, packaged care coordination, and case management activities designed in collaboration with the client to assist them in achieving their goals. You will also support the clients in managing and monitoring their budget and services provided to ensure these are following relevant service models and guidelines and will be responsive to the chosen lifestyles and cultural backgrounds of clients.

About Yourself

Must hold a Certificate Level IV in Aged/HACC/Health/Social Services.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
Must hold a current Driver’s License
Hold a current National Police Certificate or has the ability to obtain one
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation, negotiation, and liaison skills.
Ability to develop and manage individual budgets with clients and their stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal communication (listening, written and verbal), meeting facilitation, and liaison skills.
Deliver services with a strong person-centred client focussed approach.
Demonstrated high-level computer literacy in the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, databases, Internet, and email.
