Our exercise classes are running every Tuesday and Wednesday in the Wellness Centre. Since the renovation, Annette, our fitness instructor, has been doing an amazing job. What used to be our garage area is now a vibrant space for exercise classes. A big shout out to Annette for her incredible work! Annette manages 2 to 3 groups depending on the number of clients each Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have any events during these times, please be mindful of the exercise classes, as there are people actively participating.

We offer specialised aged care exercise classes at our Wellness Centre, designed to be fun and social. These classes cater to seniors, promoting an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Our safe and supportive environment allows participants to enjoy exercise programs, make social connections, and reap the benefits of staying active. 

Clients count their steps with specific equipment, and Annette makes notes to keep them motivated. They are very happy with their progress and active improvements.
