We are pleased to announce the resumption of our exercise classes, led by our esteemed fitness instructor, Annette Sherrat. Following our recent renovations, we are gradually returning to our regular activities. Our newly air-conditioned exercise space is now ready to welcome participants, starting tomorrow.
We invite all residents to join us for these invigorating exercise sessions, which will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday. These classes are designed to promote physical well-being and foster a sense of community among our residents.
