Our impact starts from within. We cultivate a diverse and inclusive organisational culture that stems from our multicultural background. Our staff speak over 65 different languages and are committed to ensuring that everyone has equal access and opportunities in the workplace.

Promoting Social Harmony Through Culturally Diverse Communities At Cura Aged Care

At Cura, we’re proud to advocate for culturally diverse communities and educate schools and workplaces about the benefits of cultural diversity. Our training programs educate students and staff about different cultures and how to embrace them. In this way, they can become more aware of other cultures as well as their own.

Supporting Emerging Multicultural Communities

Our community development programs support new residents in Australia, assisting them with grants, events, and networking opportunities. These programs assist new members of the community to connect with others, overcome cultural or language barriers, and gain access to the support they need.

Inclusivity Training & Development

We aim to foster greater understanding and empathy for other cultures through our cultural inclusivity training sessions. Strong cultural diversity within organisations can lead to a range of benefits for businesses, from economic benefits to enriching innovation by providing a range of varying perspectives.
