To provide feedback or make a complaint about the Cura Aged Care Services delivered by the organisation, you can contact us directly through our website, by phone or email. Alternatively, you can complete the Tell Us What You Think Form below.
If you are a participant, you may speak with the Service Manager or Care Partner upon request. This is often the initial step to address concerns.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the issue to the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission on 1800 951 822 or https://www.agedcarequality.gov.au/making-complaint/lodge-complaint
If you require assistance submitting a complaint, Cura Aged Care can provide support.
