How Can Aged Care Nursing Help You?
Home care nursing and medication assistance can help seniors who may need palliative care or may require non-urgent medical assistance. Nurses can also assess whether or not a patient needs to go to the hospital or see a specialist.
Cura’s aged care nurses are experienced professionals who provide a wide range of nursing services tailored to the unique needs of each person. From health assessments and medication management to chronic disease management, our nurses offer well-rounded support. They can help promote and maintain the health of our clients on a regular basis.
Medication Assistance At Home
Managing medications can be complex, especially for seniors who may have multiple prescriptions. Our nursing team is highly skilled in medication management and can provide personalised assistance to ensure that medications are taken as prescribed. They can help with medication reminders, administration, and checking for any potential side effects.
